Biography

Noble Madu is Founder and Managing Partner of Plente Group, a recruiting technology company that enables, recruiters, hirers and well-connected people to facilitate leadership hiring, Plente has represented more than $100 million in annual compensation since 2020. He is also a Partner at CSP, an affiliated executive search firm advising leading investment firms and businesses on critical leadership hires. Noble brings 15 years of experience as a private equity investor, executive search professional and entrepreneur including business and investment growth roles at Goldman Sachs, Korn Ferry, Bay Mountain Capital, and Skystream Technology.
