Biography

Kara Jones is a seasoned global HR executive with over 15 years of experience across employee relations, HR strategy, organizational development, and transformation. As People Business Partner Director, she leads a global team supporting more than 13,000 employees in 30 countries and drives short- and long-term people strategies across multiple business units. Kara holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and is an alum of the McKinsey Leadership Academy.
