Biography

Felicia Williams builds things that don't exist yet — and has spent two decades doing it across borders. As Head of Design, EMEA at Deliveroo, working across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash, her mandate is twofold: lead the design work that will help the business win authentically across its most critical EMEA markets, ensuring a global platform feels genuinely local, and act as design partner and leader for EMEA Ventures, the team building the company's next generation of 0-1 products. Felicia joined Deliveroo in July 2026 and has previously worked at Google, Microsoft, Ubisoft, and Twitter, where she led the design of cutting-edge tools.
